Peak Season: Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
Peak Season definition: Last two weeks of December, first two weeks of January, and Easter Week.
No-shows and unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
