Cancellation Policy

  • Regular Season (May 1 – Dec 1): Free cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour.
  • High Season (Dec 1 – Apr 30): Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour.
  • Peak Season (Dec 15 – Jan 5, Thanksgiving Week & Easter Week): Free cancellation more than 72 hours before the tour.
  • Late cancellations, no-shows and unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
